Check-in Time
Check-in is flexible from 3:00 PM. We will be available to assist you during the day.
If you wish to leave your luggage before 3:00 PM, this is always upon request and subject to availability.
Automatic Check-in
Check-in can be automated. You will be sent a personal code on the day of your arrival to collect the keys from a lockbox near the apartment.
In-Person Check-in
For evening arrivals, if you would like to be assisted personally, we would be happy to welcome you.
This service will incur an additional charge after 8:00 PM.

Check-in (Supplements)
If you request in-person check-in during evening hours, the following supplements will apply:
From 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM → €20
From 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM → €30
From 12:00 AM to 2:00 AM → €40
Bed linen and towels
Bed linen and towels are provided (per person, per stay).

For stays longer than 6 nights: additional towels are provided as a courtesy.
For stays shorter than 6 nights or additional requests:
Towel set: €10
Bed linen(sheets + towels): €15
Use of towels (Important)
Using towels to remove makeup is strictly prohibited.
Towels stained with makeup or irreversibly damaged may be charged at €10 per towel.

Noise
Loud music is not permitted in the apartment, out of respect for the neighbors.
External noise (central location)
Due to the central location of the accommodation, disturbances from external noise (pedestrians on the street or entering their homes, neighbors, parties, or construction) may occur. No compensation will be provided for this.
Trash
It is forbidden to leave trash bags in the buildings common areas.
Keys
Please always keep your keys with you.
Assistance to open the door after 9:00 PM: €25
In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the lock, the costs of repair or duplication will be borne by the guest.
Guest registration (required by law)
Please note thatguests, regardless of age, must complete the legal registration form as per Order INT3212021, in accordance with Spanish legislation (Royal Decree 9332021). When traveling with minors, the type of family relationship must be indicated.
