Check-in is flexible starting from 3:00 PM. We will be available throughout the day to assist you.
If you wish to off your luggage before 3:00 PM, this is available strictly upon request and subject to availability.
Self Check-in
Entry can be done via self check-in. A personal access code will be sent to you on the day of your arrival.
In-Person Check-in (During Office Hours)
For late-night arrivals, if a guest prefers to be personally assisted, we would be happy to welcome you in person.
This service incurs an additional fee for arrivals after 8:00 PM.
Check-in (Surcharges)
If you request an in-person check-in during late-night hours, the following surcharges will apply:
From 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM → €20
From 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM → €30
From 12:00 AM to 2:00 AM → €40
Bed Linen and Towels
Bed linen and towels are provided (oneper person, per stay).
Stays exceeding 6 nights: Additional towels are provided as a courtesy.
Stays of less than 6 nights, or for additional requests:
Towel set: €10
Bed linen(sheets + towels): €15
Towel Usage (Important)
Using the towels to remove makeup is strictly prohibited.
Towels stained with makeup or irreversibly damaged may be charged at a rate of €10 per towel.
Noise
Playing loud music in the apartment is not permitted, out of respect for the neighbors.
External Noise (Central Location)
Due to the accommodations central location, you may experience disturbances caused by external noise (passersby on the street or entering their homes, neighbors, parties, or construction work). Such occurrences do not constitute grounds for any form of compensation. Trash
Depositing trash bags in the buildings common areas is prohibited.
Keys

In the event of lost keys, or if keys are left inside the lock, the guest shall bear the costs of repair or replacement.
Guest Registration (Mandatory by Law)
Please note thatguests, regardless of age, are required to complete the legal registration form pursuant to Order INT3212021, in accordance with Spanish legislation (Royal Decree 9332021).
When traveling with minors, the nature of the family relationship must be specified.
