Check-in from 10pm until midnight might have an extra charge of 50€. - Late checkout until 3pm may be possible if there isnt another checkin on the day of your departure, with a 45€ cost. - A deposit pre-authorisation up to 900€ needs to be covered in advance by credit card. This amount or any relevant amount wont be charged if the house is returned in the condition it was received. There will only be a charge in form of calculated compensation for any damages found after check-out. - A minimum age of 21 years old is required to check in. - We are committed to Rent Responsibly Standards to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us. We use a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected.
