CHECK-IN: From 16:00 to 23:00. For security reasons, the instructions and access codes to the apartment will be provided at 15:45 on the day of your arrival. If you wish to enter before 16:00, you must inform us upon arrival. If the apartment is ready, we can offer it, but we cannot guarantee it, as it depends on the departure of the previous guest and the cleaning schedule.

For security reasons, luggage or belongings cannot be left in the apartment during cleaning.

CHECK-OUT: Until 11:00. If you wish for a late check-out, you must request it at least 24 hours in advance. Subject to availability, we will confirm if it is possible and the corresponding additional cost:

From 11:00 to 13:00: €39

From 13:00 to 15:00: €59

From 15:00 to 17:00: €99

UNAUTHORIZED LATE CHECK-OUT: If you leave the apartment later than the established check-out time (11:00) without notifying the property, the following penalty will be charged from your deposit depending on the time of departure:

Departure between 11:00 and 12:00: €350

Departure between 12:00 and 13:00: €405

Departure between 13:00 and 14:00: €465

Departure between 14:00 and 15:00: €535

Departure between 15:00 and 16:00: €615

ADDITIONAL GUESTS: Only guests registered in the reservation are allowed to enter. If you wish to increase the number of guests from your original booking, the price per additional person is €39 per person per night. The access of any unregistered or unpaid guest will result in the full loss of the deposit.

CLEANING DURING STAY: The cleaning fee after your check-in is included in the reservation. If you wish for extra cleaning or towel changes, you must contact us, and it will have an additional cost according to the cleaning fee established for your reservation.

PETS: Allowed with prior notice, with a supplement of €25 per pet per night. The access of any unregistered or unpaid pet will result in the full loss of the deposit.

Respect the neighbors’ rest, especially during nighttime hours.

Use the facilities with care and leave the apartment in good condition. Any damage caused must be reported and, if applicable, compensated.
