✅ CHECK-IN: From 16:00 to 23:00. For security reasons, instructions and access codes for the apartment will be provided at 15:45 on the day of your arrival. If you wish to check in before 16:00, you must inform us upon arrival. If the apartment is ready, we may be able to offer it to you early; however, we cannot guarantee this, as it depends on the previous guests departure and the cleaning schedule.

✅ For security reasons, luggage or personal belongings may not be left in the apartment while cleaning is in progress.

✅ CHECK-OUT: By 11:00. If you require a late check-out, you must request it at least 24 hours in advance. Subject to availability, we will confirm whether this is possible and the corresponding additional cost:
- From 11:00 to 13:00: €39
- From 13:00 to 15:00: €59
- From 15:00 to 17:00: €99

✅ UNAUTHORIZED LATE CHECK-OUT: If you vacate the apartment later than the established check-out time (11:00) without having notified the accommodation, the following amount will be deducted from your security deposit as a penalty, based on the time of your departure:
- Departure between 11:00 and 12:00: €550
- Departure between 12:00 and 13:00: €635
- Departure between 13:00 and 14:00: €730
- Departure between 14:00 and 15:00: €835
- Departure between 15:00 and 16:00: €960

✅ ADDITIONAL GUESTS: Only those individuals registered in the booking are permitted to enter the apartment. If you wish to increase the number of people included in your original reservation, the rate for each additional person is €39 per person, per night. Allowing access to the property to any person who is neither registered nor paid for will result in the full forfeiture of your security deposit.

✅ CLEANING DURING YOUR STAY: The cost of post-departure cleaning is included in your reservation. If you require extra cleaning or a towel change during your stay, please contact us. This service incurs an additional fee equal to the standard cleaning charge for your reservation, which must be paid separately.

✅ PETS: Pets are permitted upon prior notice, subject to a surcharge of €25 per pet, per night. Allowing access to the property to any pet that is neither registered nor paid for will result in the full forfeiture of your security deposit.

✅ NO SMOKING inside the apartment.

✅ NO PARTIES OR EVENTS.

✅ Please respect the neighbors right to peace and quiet, particularly during nighttime hours.

✅ Please use the facilities with care and leave the apartment in good condition. Any damage caused must be reported and,applicable, compensated for.

???? Security Deposit

A security deposit of €450 is required. You can pay it by bank transfer, or you may request a secure payment link. If you do not request the link, it will be assumed that you will pay by bank transfer.

???? Mandatory Police Registration

According to current regulations,guests over 16 years old must complete the police registration before arrival.

Access to the accommodation will only be granted once the registration has been correctly completed and the deposit has been paid.

Please note thatguests need to provide a valid ID at check-in.

Additional unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight at the property.

A charge per person applies for each additional guest you wish to add to your booking.

Please note that the guest who made the booking must also stay at the property.
