Hot water is limited by the capacity of the electric water heater (70-125 litres depending on the apartment). This 40-square-meter apartment, accommodating up to 4 people, comprises a living room with TV, 2 separate bedrooms (each with two 90cm x 190cm beds), and a bathroom with shower (complimentary shower gel and shampoo). The well-equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, cookware, and utensils, as well as complimentary amenities such as instant coffee, a variety of teas, sugar, and olive oil. The apartment features split-system air conditioning (heating and cooling) in the living room and ceiling fans and radiators in the bedrooms. Hot water is provided by a 75-liter electric water heater. Once the water is depleted, it takes 40 minutes to reheat, as we use solar panels. ;
Apartamento Dúplex con terraza (5 adultos). This 70-square-meter duplex apartment is located on the top floor of the building and can accommodate up to 6 people. The main floor of the duplex features a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, cookware, and utensils, as well as complimentary items such as coffee capsules, a variety of teas, sugar, and olive oil. There are two separate bedrooms (each with two single beds measuring 90 cm x 190 cm) and a bathroom with a shower (with complimentary shower gel and shampoo). The upper floor has a spacious living room with a sofa bed for two people, a seating area, a work area, and direct access to the balcony, in addition to an attic bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment has split-system air conditioning (heating and cooling) in the living and dining areas and radiators in the bedrooms. Hot water is provided by a 90-liter electric water heater. Once the water is used up, it takes 45 minutes to reheat, as we use solar panels. ;
