Please note that an additional charge is applicable for late check-in as follows:
- Our check-in time is from 3:00 PM. at 7 PM, Monday to Friday (consult us if you want to check in earlier). Outside of this schedule, we will charge €30 in cash, after 10 PM it will be €50 and from 1 AM €100.

- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be €30 until 10 pm, after 10 pm it will be €50, and from 1 am €100.

- If the arrival day is 2412, 2512, 2612, 3112 and 0101 the charges will be as follows: €50 until 22:00, from 22:00, €100 euros, and after 1:00 €150.

A surcharge of EUR 10 per person, per day applies for each additional guest.

SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment or on the balcony.

NO PARTIES OR MEETINGS ARE ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint andor the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 500€ (in addition to the police fine).

Please Note: The property will not be liable under any circumstances for thefts, burglaries or any removal of goods that may occur within the facilities of our tourist apartments.
Guests are strongly recommended to take the necessary precautions for the custody of their valuables, including the use of safety boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.
The safety of personal belongings is the exclusive responsibility of the guest.
