• Baby crib: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed. Guests must request it 24–48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it.

• Extra guest: Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night.

• Check-in: Our standard check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday. Check-ins after 7 p.m. are subject to an additional fee: €30 for check-ins from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m., €50 for check-ins from 10 p.m. to midnight, and €80 for check-ins from midnight onwards.
• If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the applicable check-in fee will be €30 for arrivals until 10 p.m., €50 for arrivals from 10 p.m. to midnight, and €80 for arrivals from midnight onwards.
• If the day of arrival is 2512, 2612 or 0101, the applicable check-in fee will be €50 for arrivals until 10 p.m. and €100 for arrivals from 10 p.m. onwards.

• Smoking: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking has taken place in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least €400. Smoking is prohibited both inside the apartment and on the balcony.

• Parties and meetings: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report andor the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to any police fine).

• Personal belongings: The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other loss of personal belongings that may occur within the facilities of our flats. Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions to safeguard their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.
