Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night. -Arrival after hours:

Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier).

Outside these hours we will charge €30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50. After 00:00 the property will charge €80.

If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR. After 00:00 the property will charge 80 EUR.

If the arrival day is 1225, 1226 and 0101 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 100 EUR.

Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment and the balcony.

Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report andor the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).

The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the facilities of our flats.

Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.

The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the guest.
