- Late arrival:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 PM. at 7 PM, Monday to Friday (consult us if you want to check in earlier). Outside of this schedule, we will charge 30€ in cash, after 10 PM it will be 50 EUR

- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 pm, after 10 pm it will be 50 EUR

- If the arrival day is 2412, 2512, 2612, 3112 and 0101 the charges will be as follows: 40 EUR until 22:00, after 22:00 60 EUR

- SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and the patio.

- NO PARTIES OR MEETINGS ARE ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint andor the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 500€ (in addition to the police fine).
